When and where is BeyondTheBlack 2025?
BeyondTheBlack 2025 is taking place September 8-10 at the luxurious Aria Resort & Casino, located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip.

What is the recommended attire for the event?
We recommend business casual attire for BeyondTheBlack sessions and the Welcome Reception.

The BlackLine Bash will be held at the Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas with a mix of indoor and outdoor areas. We recommend you check the weather forecast to pack appropriately. 

How much does it cost to attend BeyondTheBlack?

What is included in the price of an all access pass?
All Access Passes include admission to three days of general sessions and conference keynotes, access to breakout sessions and networking events, and complimentary food and beverage each day. 

What is included in for BlackLine University Day?
This training experience focuses on everything from high-level instructor-led discussions to in-depth hands-on classes specifically designed to help you maximize the impact of BlackLine solutions in your organization. Attendees can earn CPE/CPD credits. BlackLine University Day is available for customers only. Please visit the Training page to learn more.

Is there group pricing?
Yes, group discounts are available for the All Access Pass and are limited to BlackLine customers. The discount can be applied for groups of five or more people within an organization (Buy 4, Get 1 Free). 

For the discount to apply automatically, the first person/group leader will click the Add Group Member box on the Order Summary page to add the other four registrants. At the end of the registration process, you’ll see all registrants listed, with the fifth pass showing $0 due. No discount code is needed if all registrants are signed up for All-Access Pass. If any of the registrants will be selecting BlackLine University Day, or if attendees have registered separately, please email us at [email protected] for assistance.

Can I bring a guest?
Yes, you can purchase a guest party pass for $399. A guest party pass can be added to any BeyondTheBlack package and must be purchased by a BeyondTheBlack registrant. Guests must be at least 21 years of age. 

A guest pass includes:

• Access to Tuesday night’s BlackLine Bash as a guest of an eligible BeyondTheBlack attendee, including transportation to and from the venue.

Want to attend BeyondTheBlack 2025, but need some help convincing your manager? We’ve put together a
sample letter to help you make the request.

How do I book my room?
After you register for BeyondTheBlack 2025, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email with a link to book your room. You can also book your room from the registration confirmation page. All reservations require a credit card guarantee and one night’s deposit. Our negotiated discount rate is $219/night (plus $35 resort fee and taxes). Be sure to take advantage of this discount! BeyondTheBlack events have sold out in the past.

When is the room block cut-off?
The cut-off date is August 8, 2025. This date is the last day the hotel will accept guest room/suite reservations for the BlackLine event. Reservation requests received after August 8, 2025, will be accepted by the hotel on a space and rate availability basis only. 

What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in time: 3:00 pm PT
Check-out time: 11:00 am PT

What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Attendees have the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.  

What are the recommended arrival and departure dates?
For those participating in BlackLine University Day on Monday, September 8, plan to start your day at 8:00 am PT.
For those attending the general program, we will begin mid-afternoon on Monday, September 8. The BlackLine Bash will be held on the evening of Tuesday, September 10. Final Breakout Sessions will end at 4:05pm on Wednesday, September 10. Please visit the Agenda for conference hours and session times. 

Can I extend my stay?
Yes. The hotel will extend the group rate three days before and three days after the posted conference dates, on a space availability basis. Take advantage of the on-site spa and casino and extend your trip by a few days!   

How far is the hotel from the airport?
The Las Vegas International Airport is approximately 3 miles away from the hotel and is about a 15-minute drive. 

Are CPE credits offered?
Yes. BeyondTheBlack 2025 attendees will be able to earn up to 10 CPE/CPD credits during the general conference. In addition, BlackLine customers will be able to earn up to 6 credits through the optional BlackLine University Day pre-conference training. Industry sessions will offer up 2 credits. 

How do I earn CPE credits during the event?
CPE credits can be earned by attending CPE-eligible sessions (eligible sessions will be noted on the conference agenda), attending for the required amount of time, and completing the polling questions or attendance check throughout the session. 

How do I receive my CPE certificate?
CPE certificates will be emailed to you within one month of the end of the event. Should you have questions regarding CPEs, please email [email protected].
