What is the hotel room rate?

The negotiated room rate for BeyondTheBlack is $289 per night plus applicable taxes and fees. Please be sure to book via the link provided in your registration confirmation.

How do I book my room?

After you register for BeyondTheBlack 2023, you’ll receive a registration confirmation email with a link to book your room directly at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel. If you haven’t received your registration confirmation email or if you’re having issues with your room link, please email beyondtheblack@blackline.com.

Please note: to ensure you receive our BeyondTheBlack negotiated rate, please book your room using the link within your confirmation email.

When is the room block cut-off?

The cut-off date is Wednesday, August 18, 2023. The cut-off date is the last day the hotel will accept guest room reservations for the BlackLine event. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be accepted by the hotel at a space and rate availability basis only.

What time is check-in/check-out?

Check-in time: 4:00 pm

Check-out time: 11:00 am

What is the hotel cancellation policy?

Attendees have the right to cancel their guest room/suite reservations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival date.

What are the recommended arrival and departure dates?

The general conference begins at 1:00 pm on Monday, September 11, and ends with our BlackLine Bash at 9:00 pm on Wednesday, September 13. There are also pre-conference training sessions on Monday, September 11. Please see our Agenda at a Glance and book your travel dates accordingly.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes. The hotel will extend the group rate three days before and three days after the posted conference dates, on a space availability basis.

The San Diego International Airport (SAN) is 2.9 miles away from the hotel.
